Setup a server with a database that can "s2s postback" and "pixel track" between 1. My affiliate accounts 2. My marketing agencies and partners running my advertising campaigns.
The system needs to professionally track "First time depositing new customers" (FTD`S) that I bring to those Im affiliated with. I want the system to be able to register new registering customers, but, most important variable that needs to be tracked and easily auto forwarded to my marketing agencies running my campaigns is only those who both register as a new customer and makes their first time deposit that makes them a FTD customer, since I will only pay for FTD customers that my marketing agencies bring.
No questions are stupid regarding the technical aspects of this.
Developers have done this for me in the past, so I know it can be done.
