We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.
We run a digital content marketing agency that focuses on content writing, translations, SEO, social media marketing and Link Building. Most of our client base is within the iGaming/Tech industries, so we are looking for someone who has a sound understanding of these industries.
We are looking for someone based in Malta, so they can attend events such as SiGMA. Potentially willing to look at hiring someone abroad, however they would need to be willing to travel for these important networking/business events.
This role will be a bit of a hybrid position as we are still in the start-up phase and are in the middle of growing our company. It would be ideal to find someone with a sales background who has also had project or account management experience.
– Experience working in the online gambling industry as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, Project Manager or a relevant position is a must!
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to build trust.
– Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
– Commitment to providing world-class service to valuable customers.
– Strong command of written and spoken English – An additional European language is considered an advantage but not essential.
– A confident communicator on the phone, email and LinkedIn
– Experience working in online gaming
– Able to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
– Computer literacy in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, online systems and remote communications.
– Be presentable and willing to travel.
