Hello,
I have created an affiliate marketing website. I have never designed a website before but this is what I created – www.terrificdeals.com The website meets my needs from a look and feel perspective, however, it does not perform well. Mobile performance is dismal. There can be wait times of up to 10 secs when switching from one page to another. This is worst if you are visiting pages for the first time. It seems to get better if you visit pages more than once. I do use a CDN for my website, Cloudflare.
The objectives for the freelancer I hire will be to:
1. Achieve a minimum 90 score on PageSpeed Insights for both Mobile and Desktop. Current scores range from 40-55.

2. Reduce wait times for page loads to less than 3secs on average for Mobile and Desktop
