Requirements for blog posts on swanfactor.com:
1. I want people to be able to sign in using social media to make comments on my blog posts.
• Facebook, Google and LinkedIn are a must.
• Instagram, Amazon and Reddit would be nice but are not as important. (Do those last)
2. To facilitate this I have installed the plug-in “super socializer” which can be controlled in the main left column just below SEO and Settings
• I am also using this plug-in for GDPR which is required for placing ads.
• I don’t love the icons or the typography layout and there’s not much option to customize. Is there a better one? Cost? $20-30 annually is OK.
• If you look under super socializer/ social login/ basic configuration you can find all the ID and API in case there is a different plugin you recommended. Thoughts?
• Legal Compliance:
• Please note I have also added a “data deletion instructions” page in case this is required to set anything up for Facebook
• I also installed the “WP auto terms” plugin for a privacy policy and terms and conditions
3. I would like to be able to change the typography and style/color of the “leave a comment” widget.
• This will likely involve downloading a new widget and replacing the existing widget on my theme builder template titled “single post 9.18.21”. Recommendations? Cost?
4. I want people to be able to share my articles on social media.
• I think this is already working? Can you please test?
• As you can see by the sharing icons I already have set up I would like for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, reddit and email to work.
5. I would like to be able to post ads using some form of auto fill feature like Google AdSense in the column to the right as depicted in my single post 9.18.21 template.
• To facilitate this I downloaded a plug-in called Advanced Ads, but have not completed setup.
• Can you set this up so that the ad space in the right column propagate with advertisements? Let me know what information you need.
6. Can you explain to me the process by which I embed affiliate links and my blog articles? Screenshots?
