We’re looking for an E-Commerce Affiliate Hiring Manager who can work on running the end-to-end hiring & management system of affiliates.
Tasks include:
-Going through affiliate applications and selecting best candidates to move to phase 2 of the hiring process
-Monitoring email coordination with applicants and holding screening sessions as well as potential calls
-Setting up all new affiliates with a personalised handbook and answering any queries they may have
-Provide guidance and expert advise on any topics related to their job role
-Manage the community Facebook group, answering queries, encouraging posting by members, answering comments etc.
-Provide ‘sales’ advise on how to drive conversion through the affiliate system (training provided)
Hourly Range: $8.00-$10.00
