We are looking to hire a self-motivated Ecommerce Manager who can thrive in a collaborative and innovative workspace. Someone who has experience confidently working in the eCommerce sector managing the overall supply logistics and inventory, and customer support of the company. Lastly, a candidate who is an excellent communicator in working with both suppliers and customers.
We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager specifically with these requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Proven 2+ years experience in the eCommerce sector with online brands/companies
At least 2+ years expertise / good knowledge of WooCommerce / WordPress (Shopify would be useful)
Expert with customer support software (Zendesk ideally)
Familiar with email campaigns (Klaviyo ideally)
2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central; inventory control, stock in/out
Experience with 3PL and inventory systems
Excellent communication skills; customer support, working with third-party suppliers
Ability to work with numbers; excel
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of order management, inventory management, and customer support
Managing Amazon Seller Central account management
Managing and tracking monthly statistics collection, managing our affiliates (applications, confirming and paying commissions)
Ensuring our email campaigns and social media publishing is published correctly
Ultimately you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers have a great experience with the brand
