InsightPact, a global training and facilitation agency based in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team for a project to create our new company website. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web design and development using the Webflow platform, and a proven track record of creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized websites for conversion and lead generation.
Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the project manager to develop a responsive, SEO-optimized, and accessible website that aligns with the provided outline and technical specification requirements.
– Integrate third-party platforms, including the InsightPact Partner & Affiliate Program platform and our email marketing platform.
– Design and implement clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs), landing pages, forms, and other conversion-focused elements.
– Ensure the website's design is consistent with InsightPact's branding guidelines and adheres to best practices employed by successful learning and development organizations.
– Set up Google Analytics and conversion tracking for key events.
– Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the website is fully functional across various devices and browsers.
– Provide ongoing support and maintenance as needed.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
– Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices for responsive design, SEO, and accessibility.
– Experience integrating third-party platforms and APIs.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
– Knowledge of the learning and development industry is a plus.
