PAY PLAN
FREE SUBSCRIPTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ANY PAIR OF SHOES:
the distributor should be able to physically purchase products at wholesale price, starting at a 35% discount of the retail price using their unique distributor ID provided by the MLM software and keep track of purchases, including online sales that they make through their affiliate website. So, they should be able to get 35% of the sale price either way.
The software should also be able to track down their downline sales or purchases done physically at the distributor center or online and give them the credit to their uplines, Pay plan will only go 2 levels deep and that is it. Every distributor needs to purchase at least one pair of shoes or sandals every month to stay active and to keep receiving commissions from their team or downline. (unless they just want to sell and not do the business they will only get a 35% commission every time they make a sale and are not required to stay active.
We can discuss what type of bonuses we can give away based on each individual's performance, and personal and team efforts but that would be later on when we get the platform ready.
I'm sure many of these features you already have included in your software.
We want to keep it very simple and not too complicated a friendly system for the admins and for the distributors. Simple pay plan etc.
