We are a sportswear brand looking for a Shopify development manager to join our team on a contract basis. As the Shopify development manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our Shopify store, ensuring that it is optimized for performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the development and maintenance of our Shopify store, including theme customization, app integrations, and updates.
– Ensure that the store is optimized for performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
– Collaborate with our marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns on the Shopify store.
– Monitor and report on key metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
– Research and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the performance and functionality of our Shopify store.
– Monitor inventory and restock
– Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in e-commerce and Shopify development.
Requirements:
– Strong experience in Shopify development, including theme customization, app integrations, and updates.
– Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including website design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
– Familiarity with Shopify analytics and reporting tools.
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
– Prior experience working with sportswear brands or in the sports industry is a plus.
– Prior experience running a successful ambassador/affiliate program is a plus.
