I require a completed WordPress Amazon Affiliate site using Elementor with Google Ads integration

It is selling a couple of Amazon products (Health Monitors). Of whiich there are 20-30 different ones. For each monitor there is a set replacement strips that match the monitor
There will be
– Homepage
– Product 1 – I will provide the data from Amazon (Image, Desc etc)
– Product 2 – I will provide the data from Amazon (Image, Desc etc)
– About
– Blog (Add a sample Blog type page with sample content)
– In addition there is a Health association for each country in the World. I need one page for each SEO'd – I will provide this data.
Example
%Trinidad and Tobago% Diabetic Association.
Then on the page Address, Phone No, Desc, Fbook link, Website, etc
I will provide this data – Just do 5 countries.
I need Ezoic, and Adsense adding. Header and Footer on every page
I want the Adsense to appear as an interim page. See (link removed)/ click a page and a page appears with Adsense that must be closed
