There is an existing prestashop website which was running for almost three years, we had added most of the free modules, and a paid module for affiliate marketing.
1. Need to update prestashop to a new theme.
2. Test the affiliate module for launch and if required contact the module vendor for any bugs and solve them.
3. Do some cron jobs for automation.
4. Add and configure other modules for shipping and automated calculation of shipping based on regions and also international reach.
5. Ensure website is extremely fast and smooth.
