Sales Development Representative Required for a startup – Upwork

We are an innovative B2B startup in the HRTech space. We are looking for an SDR to join our rapidly growing team!
Your role as an SDR will be to reach out and engage potential customers to create new sales opportunities and pipelines for our organisation.
This role is best suited to a target driven individual, focused on progressing themselves in a sales career. Whilst some experience would be beneficial, it is not a requirement.
Specific tasks include:
Building relationships over the phone, via email and via LinkedIn using a consultative approach
Outbound Business calls on behalf of the world's largest technology brands.
Generating sales opportunities and qualifying needs.
Providing follow-up activities as part of closing the sale.
Ensuring the achievement of agreed sales targets, KPI’s goals and objectives.
Present solutions, book meetings with prospective clients across multiple sectors
Hourly Range: $10.00-$30.00
