Gambling Development

For a new project we require a logo designed, design guide / colour scheme (for website only) and a website design mock up suitable for a frontend developer to build a website template from.
We are looking for a professional design in a similar style to an established gambling website.
Ideally we need someone independent who can work with minimum guidance once we agree on the desired outcome.
Further jobs will be posted for frontend / backend development. If you have a team capable of working across these tasks it would be advantageous.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$40.00
