There's a website we want to have redesigned. We are creating a site like this one below and will provide the content. Here is the site we are modelling:

Independent Distributor can't be hidden must be obvious like the above site. We want the new site to have great colors/images (royalty free) visually appealing, easy to navigate and fully responsive to mobile devices.
We want to have WAY better design than the site above and different colors.
IMPORTANT:
ALL copy will be REWRITTEN and provided by us. We will NOT be using the copy on the above site.
Scope of Work:
The proposed website design must include the following features:
Responsive design: The website must be fully responsive, optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Including a logo that says “Independent Distributor” at the top.
User experience: The website must be easy to navigate, with a clean and modern design that aligns with our brand image.
Deliverables:
The following deliverables must be provided by the selected provider:
We need a mockup in jpg so we can easily review
Everything optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
After approved the final result should be in a psd

IMPORTANT NOTE
We listed this as an hourly job but we would want a flat rate for the bid.
Hourly Range: $20.00-$45.00
